Context
Comex
1st national network of sales, rental and repair of
topographical equipments for the construction business. As
part of the start-up team of Topocenter, I set up and
organized the IT Department with an IT technician. Then my
responsibilities expanded, including the roles of
Technical Manager of the after-sales service workshops
and Technical Project Manager.
Up to 25 sales agencies, half of them under franchise
agreements.
Responsabilité

o Support for 100 users in 25 sales agencies in the
main French cities,
o Management of IT budget, projects, contracts and
relations with external service providers,
o Webmaster and in charge of e-communication in
